My family and I visited Philadelphia last August. I booked a limo to go to JFK airport. I was charged with 100$ in advance, and after the trip they charged me the whole amount. After dozens of e-mails asking for giving the 100$ back, and receiving the same reply (our merchant company is working on it), I feel cheated. So, my advice is that if you are thinking of hiring a limo, try it with another company.
