"Bernie's" was founded in 2007 by European trained Chef Bernard Schwab. After cooking at Le Cordon Bleu Winter Park, Nicole St. Pierre and Bistro Cappuccino he opend his own Restaurant, "Aubergine Bistro" in 1999. Serving continental Bistro fare for 7 years it was time for a change!
"Bernie's" offers you a wide variety of homemade, from scratch, Foods ranging from Soups and Sandwiches, over Salads, Vegetarian and Desserts to healthy prepared Meals with a daily changing Menu.
Our Catering Service includes customized Service from Boxed Lunches to Dinners and Buffets.
