My grandmother, Enid, was a top Cake Designer in Brazil back in the 1950s. She made cakes from Weddings to Quinceaneras and everything in between. All her cakes were made from scratch, from the cake to the filling and, yes, even the fondant it was made from scratch. Best of all, all her cakes, sweets, and desserts had no artificial ingredients added. I had the honor to see my grandmother work and learn her techniques. Today, I am proud continuing her legacy with my company. To continue making cakes just like she did, from scratch with no artificial ingredients added.
