LOVED the cake we got from Bella Cakes! We worked with one of the designers and explained what we wanted. They went over & BEYOND our expectations! Everyone that was at our party wanted to know where we got such a beautiful & TASTEFULLY Delicious Cake! Of course, we would always recommend BELLA CAKES! Great JOB and we plan on using you again!

I placed my order with the owner and I was very specific about the details for the order and the delivery. I live far away and wanted to send a birthday gift to my daughter. I was specific about everything and everything was done incorrectly. The delivery was 2 hours late. Each cupcake was a different letter and they were supposed to spell out Happy Birthday and her name. All the cupcakes were placed randomly in the box, not spelling anything. The next day my daughter was embarrassed to tell me the cupcakes had a horrible flavor. Something had apparently gone very wrong with the mixing and baking process and the chocolate cupcakes were not edible. The chocolate had a very bitter horrible taste. When we called the owner she claimed this was the normal flavor of her cupcakes and refused to even discuss the problem. She claimed they had gone bad and were now "old" since being made the day before. Then she refused to answer any calls or return messages. We also offered to bring them in so she could taste for herself. She refused. She probably didn't want to have to eat them either.

My wedding cake was beautiful! So proud, the cake looked identical to the sketch we came up with and the handmade roses looked so real. The cake was so moist and delicious, all the guest were asking where I got the cake from. Highly suggest Bella Cakes.

I was searching everywhere for someone to do my daughters birthday cake. I needed a Marilyn Monroe theme. I found Bella Cakes. Ordering was simple. I explained what I wanted and was absolutly blown away by the cake! My daughter LOVED IT! The black high-heeled shoes decoration was unexpected and MADE THE CAKE! The cake and frosting was delicious! The only part not eaten was Marilyn....my daughter supervised the cutting and wouldn't let me cut in to her! She said it was the best birthday! Thanks Bella Cakes! I'll be back!

I just recently had my wedding, and the cake i ordered was from Bella Cakes. It was one of the best cakes I've ever had if not the best cake. But not only did the cake taste amazing, Anna and her team went above and beyond for when it came to the look of my cake. She definitely exceeded my expectations. :)

First encounter with Anna was when I had her cake at a birthday party. It was beautiful and delicious (best cake I ever have had) Second time I wanted to help promote her business so I invited her to a large event in Williamsburg and arranged for a vendor fee to be waived. I talked about how great her service was and that I wanted everyone to meet her and use her for upcoming events. She didn't show up, didn't call and only returned my email two days after the event. She claimed she wasn't sure how to reach me and a family emergency which turned out to be nothing came up..? Third time I hired her for my daughters birthday cake. I was first quoted $84 for fondant cake & accents but when I said that was a bit much for a 3 year old party she said she would do buttercream on the cake, all fondant accents and meet me half way on the delivery. My husband picked the cake up from her house. It was fondant base with PLASTIC flowers all over it. No fondant accents. It was also all pink and it was supposed to be one layer of pink and one layer purple. Something was not mixed correctly because on the very bottom of the lemon layer there was an ingredient that made my mouth numb. My son had the same experience. I immediately emailed Anna. It has now been over a week and I have heard nothing back.

Vendor response: It was our understanding that we were DONATING 300 cupcakes to her event. Due to my child having to go into the emergency room, no I could not attend her event. We do a lot for our community and support is always given when needed. We have been recognized publicly for that on several occasions. Because of the last minute emergency, I had no way of tracking her down to inform her of my situation. We have NEVER missed any event in the past. As for her cake, she didn't finalize her order till the last minute and because I could not meet her donation, I tried to give her what she originally said was too expensive. She ended up getting a full fondant cake - all pink like our paperwork indicated. And we added real toy fairies for her. It was so cute in fact that we posted the picture of it on our website and have had numerous requests for it since. The lemon issue she is describing is a bit of concern for us though, we have never heard that complaint, but something we will pay very close attention to.

HI,I have not ORDERED IN A WHILE. BUT I HAVE ORDERED 2 CAKES ON 2 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS AND THE CAKE IS DELICIOUS!. SHE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND GOOD AT WHAT SHE DOES. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD AND PLAN ON ORDERING ANOTHER CAKE REAL SOON! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Just had my wedding this past Saturday and I am still getting calls about how delicious the cake was. Nobody could believe that there was no fondant because it looked so smooth and stayed so well despite the heat. We were smart enough to take it inside before the cake cutting time and gave it a grand entrance. Everybody clapped! The whole process was so easy and Anna and her staff are so sweet. They even made a last minute change once I told them about my personalized cake topper. Wonderful!!! Thanks Anna.

The cake became a major attraction in the building. cameras came out and lots of pictures were taken of the cake. It was a big hit. I wouldn’t let anyone touch it until the guest of honor made the first slice. That disappointed a lot of people who wanted to dig right in. Besides being a visual delight, there were lots of comments on how tasty it was. So, I have to say, the cake was a big hit. I had a few of your cards and placed them next to the cake. I told your story several times to curious people, and at the end of the ceremony your cards were all gone. I have had 2 people tell me they want one of your cakes for their retirement. It was a good party made even better by your great cake. Thanks for your help, Dave
