Unfortuantly there is a competitor company who is going around placing this on several other companies, I can guarantee 100% satisfaction with my company and my customers, this is all FALSE information, we clean every one of our units before they go out, if there ever is a problem, I give a free re-do, and my customers know that. I promise you this previous bad information is FALSE!

Stay away from this rental company. Very fly-by-night, our bounce houses were delivered (late) in very dirty condition, one even smelling of urine (yuck!). I had to clean them out myself before I would allow the children to play in them, and even then I was not happy about it. Wrap all that up with their high prices, I really wish I had shopped around more before picking this stinker of a company (if you can call an operation running out of a residential home a "business").
