Chris and his crew provided a bounce house for our Navy summer picninc. Chris and his crew showed up on time and immediatley made contact with me at the picnic. The weather was not looking good that morning so him and his crew stayed to see if the wind would die down in order for them to set up. I thought it was very courteous of them to stay the extra hour and a half to see if the wind would cooperate, I don't know what we would have done for the kids if we didn't have the bounce house. The bounce house that he provided was amazing! It made me wish I was a kid again. After the event he was there promptly on time and they took the house down and they were a pleasure to work with. I reccomend their services for any event! Thanks!

When my child made a last minute (2 days before the event) request I thought surely I was doomed to disappoint; however, Backyard Amusements was not only able to bail me out they also made the entire rental so easy I literally didn't have to give anything a second thought and was able to focus on the other party details. From the reservation to delivery, set up, and pickup, everything was handled in a professional manner with an emphasis on accomodating my needs and schedule on an already jam packed day. I will definitely be putting them on the top of my list for future party rental needs!

At the last minute my wife and I decided to give my son a graduation cookout in our backyard, we new getting together with other relatives to all bring food would be easy but we couldn't come up with and other activities for the kids to play with other than the same old yard games, but after talking to my oldest son after the decission have been made to have a congrats cookout, he mention about how he purchased a small moonbounce for the inside of his house and that they have them as big as my garage and that I could rent one from a place called Backyard Amusements near Waldorf MD So I looked up the number and called backyard amusement, looked up the number and locked in on a contract a few days before my sons congratulation party and not to mention that it turnned out to be an all day affair but the kidds had a great time with the moonbounce that was setup ontime and broken down in a timely matter. Thank you Backyard Amusements for making my sons congrats party a memoral event.

We recently had a little boys birthday party. Backyard amusements and their staff were extremely accommodating with the multiple changes and questions we had. Once decided on an inflatable they were extremely timely in dropping it off and having it set up. The kids were extremely excited and it kept them busy having fun all day long! A truley fantastic experience start to finish. I had not previously considered Backyard Amusements as the event was in Manassas, I figured I would try something closer. When my Local option cancelled 2 weeks before my event I was in scramble mode. We found Backyard Amusements via internet search, called them up and they made it happen. Their pricing was better than my first choice. I received email confirmation the same day I placed my reservation. The staff on the phone end were polite and courteous, answering all my questions. This treatment continued with the staff that delivered, set up and picked up our rental. We rented Demolishion Ball and had a blast. Thank you Backyard Amusements, we will be repeat customers. They make sure that everything is right and are flexible regarding locations and availabilities. I have used them the past 2 years for an annual party and haven't been disappointed yet. As a High School Counselor I generally over plan for crisis and I put out lots of fires. When I'm planning a timed event for 300 students , punctuality is extremely important. Working with BackYard Amusement made that issue obsolete. When we contacted Backyard they were flexible, professional and compassionate. Although we were unorganized- they were patient and remained ready to serve. Because of their experience they were able to provide us with guidance and support in an effort to make the event successful. They arrived on time, the equipment was durable and functioned properly. When the event was over they were here early to break down and retrive their equipment. The kids had a wonderful time, the staff raved about the ideal of a dunk tank and thought it was creative and engaging for the students. Secretly---, the adults had as much fun as the students! When we think of festivals, carnivals, or just plain old back yard fun, BackYard Amusement will be our only option!

My family was having a last minute Labor Day picnic/party and we did not know what to do with the kids, we got everything together even a DJ for music. So I went to this website, they answered the phone immediately and I told them I needed it the next day, no problem they took all the information over the phone, I paid using my credit card, no problem. They even called me the next day to let me know that they were on their way to the house, very professional. They even gave me a military discount. They came put it up in no time and then came back to get it took it down and never interrupted the party that was still going on. I would definately use Backyard Amusements again, they were GREAT! Short notice no problem they gave me the best service over the phone and when they came they did there job quickly and the kids loved it.

Requested service from a clown and a face painter for our family reunion. Not only did the kids enjoy them but the adults did too. The clown was very professional, engaging to all ages, entertaining with his original magic and balloon figures, as well as funny. We rented a Dora the Explore moonbounce and I couldn't be any happier. They came on the early side of the 3 hour window (which was much appreciated) and gave my daughter some extra time in the moonbounce. Set up was very quick, the 2 gentlemen were very pleasant and friendly. the moonbounce was very clean and in good condition. The kids had a ball, we didnt have any problems with it at all and the same 2 gentlemen came to pick up and they were just as friendly and professional. Backyard Amusements was the most professional, courtesy company I dealt with during the entire process of putting on a Family Fun Day for my non-profit organization. The web site was easy to navigate, once I contacted the company on the phone they were easy to deal with, always spoke with the same person, contracts were handled via e-mail making life simple, we opted to have an attendant on premises and he was extremely professional we did not even have to put someone else there to collect tickets he took care of it all, kept all children under control, they delivered and set up on time, took down and cleaned up in a quick and professional manner. This year we only rented a moon bounce, but next year we are thinking about a lot more, just because of how easy and affordable they made it for us.

It all started when my first grandchild was born and that was 5 years ago. I told my son that I wanted to have a big party for him. Well, when I called Backyard Amusements LLC, I litterly lost my mind with all the items they had to rent to complete this carnival theme birthday party. I called 3 months in advance, put down a $50 deposit and paid the remaining balance upon arrival the day of the event. The young men who set up the moon bounce and new shoot out equipment were so professional. They explain the rules and also how to use the snow cone/cotton candy machine. The equipment was clean and easy to use. Oh my, the clown arrived with his own music, magic tricks, ballons decorations and face painting! My grandson, friends and family had a magical time. It started with Backyard Amusements' website it was user friendly and displayed all of their moon bounces beautifully and provided all of the information that I needed. I PERSONALLY WOULD LIKE TO THANK BACKYARD AMUSEMENTS FOR PARTNERING WITH ME AND NEW BIRTH CHRISTIAN FAITH CENTER (NBCFC) IN SUPPORTING OUR OUTREACH TO THE PICK WICK COMMUNITY ON SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 4, 2011. THEY WERE ON TIME, THEY TRAIN MY YOUNG PEOPLE AND ADDED GREATLY TO OUR SUCCESS! WE COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT THEM! WE WILL NOT DO ANOTHER OUTREACH WITHOUT THEIR EXPERTISE ABOARD. Backyard Amusements was a big hit at our annual Family Fun Fellowship Day. This was the second year using Backyard Amusements and I am sure we will continue to use them in the future. The staff is professional, pleasant and accommodating which makes a big difference in any experience. We had a water slide, moon bounce, dunk tank, chuggy choo choo train, baseball challenge and much more!! They made sure we were set up and taken care of. Thank you Backyard Amusements for making our Family Fun Fellowship Day a success!!!!! See you next year!

Backyard Amusements made a last minute party the best for my 5 year old! They drop off, setup and pick up the moonbounce which saved me loads of time. They were very polite and professional when booking the moonbounce as well as when it was dropped off and picked up. They took their time to ensure everything was setup correctly and to explain everything to me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone having a party!

This was better then I thought it was going to be, the Marlin slide was bigger then I could imagine. My children had the best party!!! All I do is say thank you for all that you did to make this day special!!!

Chris and his staff provided a "turn key" night for Sheffield Nieghborhood. Staff was very professional. Moon bounces were clean.

Backyard Amusements provided our Vacation Bible School with a wonderfully water slide. Chris and his staff were pleasant and accommodating. They took care of all the set-up. All we had to do was have fun:) We look forward to working with them in the future.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I contacted them on Thursday for a Saturday party and they set me up with the requested moon bounce by noon that Saturday. I was even able to make a change to the initial theme by simply calling them and the change was made in less than a minute. They seemed anxious to please the customer and were professional from my first call until the final take down of the equipment. The young man who set up the equipment was quite personable, knowledgeable and very helpful. The equipment was well-kept and clean. I had called other companies and their professionalism and responsiveness did not come close to what I received from Backyard Amusements. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I have contacted several businesses and was very pleased with the prompt and friendly service that I received. My son, Justin asked for the sports theme moonbounce and that is what we graciously received. No one tried to sell me another moonbounce for an inexpensive price or a different theme moonbounce based on availability. Upon delivery, the employees were professional and respectful. Not too mention, they will pick up their product(s) at the said time of expiration. Overall service, GREAT!

My wife and I are quite pleased at the whole experience of renting a 12x12 inflatable for a BBQ party we had. The delivery and pick ups were on time, the unit worked perfectly - no issues. The amount of communication (from phone call confirmations and emails) was great! Couldn't ask for a more pleasant and relaxing experience. We WILL use this company again.
