It all started when my first grandchild was born and that was 5 years ago. I told my son that I wanted to have a big party for him. Well, when I called Backyard Amusements LLC, I litterly lost my mind with all the items they had to rent to complete this carnival theme birthday party. I called 3 months in advance, put down a $50 deposit and paid the remaining balance upon arrival the day of the event. The young men who set up the moon bounce and new shoot out equipment were so professional. They explain the rules and also how to use the snow cone/cotton candy machine. The equipment was clean and easy to use. Oh my, the clown arrived with his own music, magic tricks, ballons decorations and face painting! My grandson, friends and family had a magical time. He slept until noon the next day. Thank you, Backyard Amusements LLC for creating an environment of fun, fantasy, and up scale entertainment.

It started with Backyard Amusements' website it was user friendly and displayed all of their moon bounces beautifully and provided all of the information that I needed. They were courteous on the telephone as well as in person on delivery day. Excellent customer service! And reasonably priced! The moon bounces were clean, colorful and absolutely beautiful! I was very very pleased and the moon bounces were a great hit with the children at our family cookout! I personally passed out their business cards to my family that day and would recommend "Backyard Amusements" to anyone in need of the services they provide!

Backyard Amusements was a big hit at our annual Family Fun Fellowship Day. This was the second year using Backyard Amusements and I am sure we will continue to use them in the future. The staff is professional, pleasant and accommodating which makes a big difference in any experience. We had a water slide, moon bounce, dunk tank, chuggy choo choo train, baseball challenge and much more!! They made sure we were set up and taken care of. Backyard Amusements made a last minute party the best for my 5 year old! They drop off, setup and pick up the moonbounce which saved me loads of time. They were very polite and professional when booking the moonbounce as well as when it was dropped off and picked up. They took their time to ensure everything was setup correctly and to explain everything to me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone having a party!

I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I contacted them on Thursday for a Saturday party and they set me up with the requested moon bounce by noon that Saturday. I was even able to make a change to the initial theme by simply calling them and the change was made in less than a minute. They seemed anxious to please the customer and were professional from my first call until the final take down of the equipment. The young man who set up the equipment was quite personable, knowledgeable and very helpful. The equipment was well-kept and clean. I had called other companies and their professionalism and responsiveness did not come close to what I received from Backyard Amusements. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I have contacted several businesses and was very pleased with the prompt and friendly service that I received. My son, Justin asked for the sports theme moonbounce and that is what we graciously received. No one tried to sell me another moonbounce for an inexpensive price or a different theme moonbounce based on availability. Upon delivery, the employees were professional and respectful. Not too mention, they will pick up their product(s) at the said time of expiration. Overall service, GREAT!

My wife and I are quite pleased at the whole experience of renting a 12x12 inflatable for a BBQ party we had. The delivery and pick ups were on time, the unit worked perfectly - no issues. I used Backyard Amusements for a clown and the children loved him. All the kids were able to get their faces painted and received balloon sculptures. I rented the Princess moonbounce from Backyard Amusements llc on may 28th.... The people are great!!!! they have the best prices around and the most stuff to chose from..... They will also work with you i had set up and place to deliver to and that address had to be changed i called them 3 days before the party and they changed the address for delivery with no problem!!!! I WOULD DEF RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!!!!! and look forward to booking my youngest daughters party in August!!!

The two young gentalmen who delivered the Moonbounce, Cotton Candy Machine, and Dunktank wasted no time assembling the items. They were pleasant when informing me of the do's and don't of their products and answered every question. The only problem was the dunktank jammed too many times, in that it would not release so the person could fall in the water when the lever was hit.. Time for a new Dunktank fellers. But as I said everything else was great and we had a blast of a day. Thanks Backyard.... ;-)

I could not have been more pleased with BA, LLC if I ran the company myself. Between my 1st call to inquire and then the fellows who set up & picked up, all were perfect gentleman, and the nicest people anyone would want to do business. Backyard Amusements provided two inflatables (moon bounce and obstacle course) for the Center for Children's Touch a Truck event in April 2011. The Avery family were extremely responsive to all my emails/phone calls and answered all my questions/requests - all in a timely manner. They were always courteous and patient. On the day of the event, they arrived promptly at the prearranged time, worked efficiently and professionally and did their utmost to make sure we were pleased with their set-up. They provided all necessary information for use of their equipment for the day. They not only made sure everything was functioning initially, they checked in with us during the day to make sure all was well. At the end of the day, breakdown was done as efficiently as the set-up. I highly recommend Backyard Amusements. They truly give back to the community and are a family run business that goes the extra mile to ensure their clients are happy...and we were!

I booked "Leezo" the clown for my one year old son's birthday party. Leezo was awesome. As far as business, he was very early for the party and started 30 minutes early since we had kids arrive early. He did this at no additional charge. He performed the entire time until his end time. Leezo was very kid friendly and very funny. The kids at the party ranged from 6 months to 7 years of age. All of the kids enjoyed him. I will definitley book Leezo for my next party for kids. P.S. Chris, the manager, was an excellent person to work with while booking and planning the party. Great Job Backyard Amusements!!!!

When I was looking for a MoonBounce for my 4 yr olds birthday Backyard Amusement was more than courteous. Their communication was outstanding over the phone and email. I will admit I was a little nervous for the delivery. We had such outstanding service from the company we were more than sure the delivery and set up would ruin it (by customer service of other companies, you would only assume with past service something would screw up the presentation), my husband and I were not sure if the delivery man would fit the normal delivery presentation, rough around the edges, cursing, and etc. But, the delivery man turned out to be just as awesome. He showed up on time, was very courteous, was a true example of what other delivery men should follow. He showed me how to use the MoonBounce, set it up to ensure there were no problems, was very professional, I can't say anything but superb business attitude. Then when it was time to pick it up and pack it away the person dealing with my husband was just as nice. My husband dealt with the person and I could hear them conversing with my little one and treating her so nicely. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The prices are competitive, and the customer service is awesome!

a couple years ago we used this company , Last year we had a youth rally again for our church so I gave them a call. They did a great job got there on time and everything so this year I decided to use them again and once again they where great , answered question where very friendly when I ordered it, they people who dropped it off where great and set it up fast and they where great and on time to pick it up.
