Have a gift certificate, Backwoods closed all locations before we could use it. They told us we could only use it if we cater an event with 25 or more people. Then would not answer the phone or emails. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Backwoods would not answer or response to the complaint. Beware of this Business!
