"Beware! Stay away! Will scar you for life!"

Please! please don't go here! I wish someone had written a review for this place. I wanted laser hair removal done in Sacramento and this place had a promotion going so I thought why not go check it out. Prior to the consultation, I did do research on laser hair removal before deciding to get it. They provide a free consultation and since I am new to laser hair removal I didn't have many questions besides what they had to tell me and it all sounded really reasonable and good. To get to the point, I came here for their promotion of 3 treatments of the Brazilian laser hair removal. They tried to pressure me to buy 6 treatments but I wanted to try 3 first because I've never done this. For my first treatment, I did all that was required of me, such as shaving and no creams, lotions, tans, etc. I also got the Lidocaine numbing gel before the removal. They charge you for that also, it is not included with the laser hair removal. In regards to the Lidocaine treatment, they are very cheap/stingy with it, they only give you a tiny amount and have you put it on in the bathroom. They then have you put Reynolds plastic wrap!?! over your private area so it can better absorb. This part was very frustrating for me because I had to go ask for more Lidocaine because the small amount they gave me was not enough/did not work for my first treatment. As a result, I was in a tremendous amount of pain and I felt everything. I was too embarrassed to ask for more the first time but I learned to speak up after that but they only give you a little bit more. Another important thing I want to point out is I had 3 treatments, 1st one was with a different nurse (I got the feeling she was inexperience but she was nice and I did not get burned in my private area.) My 2nd and 3rd treatment was with a different nurse. I asked what happened to the last one and she gave me some lame explanation for her leaving. So now I have a new nurse doing my Brazilian hair removal. This new nurse tells me she has a lot of experience so I was like great. The bad bad news is that this nurse burned me in my private area when she did the laser hair removal. I knew I was in a lot of pain after this laser hair removal but I try to ignore it and just let the area heal but I noticed black stuff coming off on my underwear. I used a mirror and look and saw that I had burned black spots in my private area. I was really upset and the only thing I can think of is that the nurse used the wrong setting for my skin type. Honestly, I did not know what to do and was dreading going back there but I paid for it and I was going to suck it up and get it over with but I will ask her to use the lowest setting. I have fair skin and I do not go to tanning salons or put anything in my private area so I don't know why I was getting burnt when it did not happen the first time. The nurse said it was at the lowest setting but I don't believe her because she didn't check the setting nor did she appear very sympathetic or compassionate about my ordeal. I was mad and could not wait to get the hell out and put antibiotic ointment on it. I can say I am seriously scarred for life down there. I have patches of dark spots in my private area now and they don't seem to come off. I totally regret getting laser hair removal done at this place. Can you feel my anguish and frustration with this place, I already paid for three treatments and am pretty sure they will not give me my money back and I did not want things to turn ugly and I am not really outspoken so I was dumb enough to do all three treatments. Please don't make my mistake and just don't come here. Another fact is that they don't put anything such as soothing cream on the treated area after they are done with you before they send you home. I don't know is this how it works but somehow I get the feeling that this place is very cheap and tries to cut cost. Also, it is depressing how they try to sell you other products and treatments they are having promotions for. And they do that by putting you down and pointing things out about your appearance. I thought my face, hair and body was fine until they said I need all these things done and that I should lock in the rates for the promotion they're having now before it's too late. Pretty upsetting and the sad fact is that there ARE other places that have better promotions and will treat you like a human being versus just trying to rip you off. They are fake, unprofessional, and I am truly disappointed and upset with my experience here. I just want to let everyone know how terrible this place is and to learn from my mistake. The only thing nice about this place is the waiting room.
