My fiance and I used Ascot Diamonds when we were in need of an appraisal for my diamond engagement ring. We had a price in mind already, and Maurice quoted exactly what we hoped to hear. He took his time, which portrayed further that he knows his diamonds and fine jewelry. We have already decided when we're in the market for other pieces of jewelry, we'll definitely use Maurice with Ascot Diamonds! He's the best out there!!

Ascot Diamonds provided exceptional customer service, a superb ring, and a great price. Maurice maintained consistent, open communication with me as an out-of-town buyer and went out of his way to ensure that I purchased the best available ring within my budget. I never felt pressured, and Maurice also educated me on insuring the ring so that my fiance could wear it right away. The experience with Maurice and Ascot Diamonds defines what the "big purchase" experience should feel like.

After an extensive engagement ring search it was a simple decision to work with Maurice at Ascot Diamonds. By far the most knowledgeable of anyone I encountered. Willing to go the extra step to make sure things get done to your satisfaction (drove across town to start a rush job on an engagement ring so I could propose when I planned to!). Never any pressure to buy, only presented with the best stones I had yet seen and the choice was easy. Honest, friendly, and makes a fair deal. He even continued to follow-up and helped coordinate out-of-town ring sizing (my fault!) for my new fiance and me after the sale. Extremely satisfied, will be returning for wedding bands and any other jewelry need in the future.

They custom designed and made a ring exactly as I envisioned it. I feel fortunate to have been introduced to them as many other skilled jewelers that I spoke with were unable to make the design.

I was a bit overwhelmed about the process of buying an engagement ring for my girlfriend, as I dont know much about diamonds. Maurice made this experience much easier than I expected, and I am very pleased with what I could actually fit into my budget. I would definitely recommend Ascot diamonds to anyone in the market for a diamond.
