I used Americas Party Rental since it was the cheapest one around. Now I know why. I used them for my wedding reception, and I wish I would have gone elsewhere. 1) They did not deliver everything the day before the event like they were schedule to. 2) The napkins came in various colors, not ivory which is what I ordered. 3) The silverware did not match. 4) One whole crate of wine glasses that were delivered had not even been washed!!! GROSS 5) They charged my credit card that I used to make my initial deposit after the event, even though I instructed them not to since I was going to send them a check. I emailed them regarding this, and they have been ignoring the emails I sent. 6) Some of the glass plates were chipped, so I couldnt even use them. Please be aware if you are thinking about using them, spend a little more and go elsewhere!
