I booked a party and had to cancel it 5 days b4 the party after i planned it for my 4yr old. They tried to charge me extra money for a delivery fee that they never told me about. When I got my bill I had this extra charge. They didn't try to make an agreement to take it off or at least charge half the price or anything so I just canceled the party.

Beware of Saint Louis weather and all the changes Oh and beware of their weather policies bc it will change as well! They will try and drop off early bc once they do you get charged in full even if it rains the entire party and once it rains you have to shut the motors off it cant be used. We got to use it 25min the entire party which cost $225 and once they came to pick it up bc it was setup and just started raining again the lady tried saying they may have to charge us an extra $100 bc of the water in there. I started to get upset and said "im not doing this right now" she says "read your contract" Ok first of all nothing about a amount of $100 and second she needs to read her contract bc under the weather section it states in rain shut off and deflate (which we did) and further in this contract states when deflated cover with tarp provided from us to you. Hm.....guess what never got a tarp so not my problem if we are not given everthing to do so. It should have been a red flag when I called 2 weeks before the party and everyone was booked but them well now I know why! Wont get any repeat business from me and the people at the party wanted to know the Co. so they didnt use them. Goodluck to them staying in business! My business has built bc of repeat and referral and if thats how they plan to stay in business they might want a plan B!
