"Rev. Ralph" as he is known to many, many couples for whom he has done weddings, has performed marriage ceremonies throughout the Pacfic Northwest for many years. He is trained in theological school, officially ordained, licensed, and authorized to do weddings anywhere. He can fly out to weddings in New England, Southern California, and other sites as well. He has even witnessed wedding ceremonies in Israel, Afghanistan, Egypt, and Russia.
