I honestly don't know how this place is still open! Dirty bathrooms, floors,the stylist chairs are leaking some kind of oil, and the hand lotion in the bathroom smells old and nasty. There was a funky smell (like sewage) coming from the sinks where you wash the hair. The robes were torn and worn out and had another salons name on it. I even heard one of the stylists talking across the salon with profanity. I found it to be very unprofessional. It was not a relaxing, comfortable environment at all. For the prices that they charge it should have been a better experience. Never again!!

The salon has dirty floors, bathrooms and the robes are torn/worn out, totally disgusting. The owner Usha is extremely rude to her employees and clients. She disregards the clients needs/suggestions and speaks to the clients in a condesending manner. Usha changes the policies such as not giving cash back for tips and does not notify the clients before the changes. The times I've been at the salon for color/cut the hair stylist does not have all the ingredients/colors and necessary tools to get the job done to the clients satisfaction. I have left the salon with color on my forehead because they do not have the appropriate color remover and use this blue liquid that looks and smells likeWindex, yes l said Windex. I say the salon is over priced and ontop of that have to deal with a rude/arrogant owner (Usha). This is the worst salon I have been to in my life. .Will never set foot in this place again. HORRIBLE SALON!

I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. This salon is not only dirty and unkept (hair everywhere, cups and chairs filthy) but the owner(Usha) is extremely disrespectful to her employees. She not only made fun of them but degrades them in front of clients, I could tell her employee was in tears. I would NEVER speak to my employees the way she spoke to hers( and if my boss spoke to me that way I would have quit right then and there). She for one, didnt even have a consultation with me, and did what she pleased!! She kept taking phone calls while I was in her chair and then gossiped about one of the older men that works there (little does she know he was a good friend of mine). I still wanted to give the salon another shot since their prices are decent. This time I went with a different lady who took 4 hours to get me out of the salon!! All I got done was high and lowlights + a cut and blow dry, and was there from 12pm- 4pm! Ridiculous!! Not only that but when I went to check out, I saw that she charged me $50 extra for a "shining conditioner", and she didnt even ask if I wanted it! This is the worst salon I have been to in my life. Rude owner, stlyists who dont tell you what theyre doing and filthy cups! They asked if I wanted a cappuccino and then brought me a cup that had fingerprints and lipstick on it. TERRIBLE SALON, stay far away!

This salon is terrible!!!! I asked for light brown highlights and left with red brassy orange highlights. When I returned the next day to have them fix it, they used a toner and turned my hair orange! And to make matters worse, they charged me for toning my hair!!! I had to pay for a toner of which should've been waived due to the fact that it was their responsibility to rectify the problem! And still I had to go back a third time and yet my hair remained red so another stylist of 30 plus yrs said she can fix it no problem....and my hair turned out to be a dark brown color all over!!! Owner begged me to go back and give them another chance to fix, and so I did! When I went a fourth time, the stylist had the day off! Not only are the stylists obviously not aware of what they're doing, they can't even schedule appointments accordingly!!! I have NEVER had an experience with a salon ever in my life as such! Horrible salon!!!
