best decision I made during the wedding planning process was using Catering By Chef Pepe” HANDS DOWN”. I could not be any happier working with the Chef Pepe and our wedding guests are STILL talking about how amazing the food was. I sincerely credit chef and the rest of his staff for with making my wedding day truly perfect. My fiancé and I worked with Chef throughout the wedding planning process. The caterer was the first planning step we took (aside from setting the date.) We met with Anthony and instead of just talking about menu, he walked with us through exactly what we envisioned for the event as a whole. We walked through time lines and nailed down details, and he brought up so many ideas and suggestions that I hadn't even thought of! He made my fiancé, mom, and me so comfortable; I knew we could trust him from the get-go. The food was delicious, the presentations of everything were STUNNING, and Chef Pepe was there himself telling us about the dish which was quite an honor. We had no coordinator, and the reception was at our family's home on a beautiful horse farm, being able to count on Chef Pepe and his staff put all of us at ease so we could enjoy the big day. On the wedding day, every staff person was smiling and so helpful. I really cannot say enough about how wonderful my wedding day was BECAUSE of our chef. They are not just caterers. I think the best part about Anthony and the team is that they are not there just to serve food and leave. He took care of “ EVERYTHING. “ Thank you to Chef Pepe and his staff for making my wedding day an absolute dream!
