When I first viewed the reviews for this hall I was very weary but after having my wedding here, I was so glad we decided to have it at the Hacienda. First off, I live in Dallas TX and we were having our wedding in El Paso because all our families live there. I went to almost every single venue in El Paso and the Adobe Hacienda had the most unique space. I didn't want just a plain square hall like every other wedding so this place did the trick for us. After we picked it, we went through so many details and everything came out wonderful. The outdoor court yard reception was very classy and having the sunset in the background was beautiful. The water wheel and ambiance with the fire places looked wonderful. We had a very moist chicken with chile con queso sauce with a side of chips and mashed potatoes. So many people told me the food was incredible. I really did not want mole or brisquet since that is at all weddings and we were offered many different dishes to choose from. We also included waiters for a sit down dinner of 200 guests and the waiters were quick and very professional. After the reception the cake was delicious, and the dance came out great. We had a rather large wedding so this venue was the perfect size for what I wanted. The price was also very great, Eva works with all budgets big or small to get the best wedding out of your budgeted price. We did a combination of 2 diffent center pieces with fresh white and red roses in top of demask black and white designed tables. We included a extra bartender to mix specialty drinks for our guests and they were very happy along with the kegs included in our package. I guess the only thing I would really stress is make sure your contract says word for word every single thing you have agreed upon in your contract so there are not questions later on, but that goes for any venue you contract with. My wedding came out absolutely beautiful and again I was so happy with the outcome of our wedding. Eva did all the hard work for us which was wonderful since we live out of town.
