My brother I just threw a surprise 50th anniversary cocktail party for our parents. I was determined to hire Aaron's Catering International & Gourmet from the beginning as I had recently tasted their food at a corporate event and was very impressed. Sadly, on the night of the event, their food fell considerably short of our expectations - their mini "churrasco" turned out to resemble more a roast beef (it actually looked like deli meat). I was charged 18% service fee on the food, beverage and set up when one of their bartenders attempted to extract tips from the party guests. There was never a bottle count at the end of the evening and they actually "lost" several bottles of champagne. In short, we paid these people $10,000 for what was meant to be a spectacular and elegant event, and they fell way short. I spent more time in the kitchen and running around trying to salvage the evening instead of tending to our guests. Their food was good, at best, but there were several severe shortcomings - the above are just 3 examples from a long list. I would not recommend Aaron's Catering International & Gourmet as I'm SURE there are far better caterers for less money.
