We contacted Sherry at A Treasured Moment to secure our destination wedding. She was nice - at first. After paying $900 for a fairly basic package, we tried several times to contact her to confirm our date. We left messages and called at several times throughout the day, but were unable to reach her and she didn't call us back. After a week of not hearing anything, we were forced to contact the BBB. She still refused to return our money - and we were only able to get half of it paid back! She kept over $400 for doing absolutely nothing! Major scam artist! Do NOT USE their services! Also, if you go to google, search A Treasured Moment, and then try to access her webpage, it says her webpage contains malware. Just another sign of her "reputable" business practices, it seems.
