Touch of Class is HORRIBLE. We contracted for 10 passenger limo for prom. The one that picked up the kids from home was burning oil and was old and dirty. Unknown to the parents, they sent a different limo 1/2 hr late to pick up 10 kids to bring home. The return limo was smaller and 2 of the kids had to sit on the floor. The control unit in the ceiling literally fell down on their heads and they had to hold it while the wires dangled. The limo gas gage did not work as the driver explained and they ran out of gas short of the gas pump and the driver had to push the car! The replacement limo should never have been sent at all. Parents should have been contacted to make other arrangements. This was dangerous if not out right illegal. The owner told us too bad, they are kids and they will get over it. Shocking.

"They Have No Party Coach"

They ruined the Bachelor Party. Rented a Party Bus from Touch of Class and a full size Wade Tours coach shows up. Thought they were in the Limo business. Wrong!!! After some inquiries, it turns out this woman that owns Touch of Class not only has no class but has no limo's either, she owns no cars or Party Buses. She subs the jobs out. And if all the other companies have already rented out what they own she just sends a Wade Tours bus. How about one of those showing up on your wedding day. Yes we should have checked her out better, but it turns out this is common practice for her and she does not care. Stay away!!!!! And hey Wade Tours - you should stay away from her too as your reputation is being burned by here too.

"Prom disaster"

Rented a "party bus" from Touch of Class. What was sent was a bus which was contracted from Wade Tours complete with the driver from Wade Tours. The vehicle requested had center facing seats, lighting and sound systems, What was delivered had none of those things, even after it was promised. In fact none of the amenities discussed were delivered. The driver was never informed the transportation was for a prom. Upon a phone call to find out what had happened, the response was you wanted a bus and you got a bus. Unfortunately, the kids paid a premium price for a regrettable experience.
