"Prom disaster"

Rented a "party bus" from Touch of Class. What was sent was a bus which was contracted from Wade Tours complete with the driver from Wade Tours. The vehicle requested had center facing seats, lighting and sound systems, What was delivered had none of those things, even after it was promised. In fact none of the amenities discussed were delivered. The driver was never informed the transportation was for a prom. Upon a phone call to find out what had happened, the response was you wanted a bus and you got a bus. Unfortunately, the kids paid a premium price for a regrettable experience.
