"Overpriced and Poor Customer Relations"

We attempted to book our wedding at the venue for just a short sweet 15 minute ceremony and they were rude and when asked questions simply told us that obviously "people like you should not be looking at a venue as classy as ours to have your wedding at." We live in Colorado Springs, my husband is in the Army and I would like to know what "people like" us are. We simply wanted a short wedding with just the two of us, a bouquet of flowers, the photographer and the officiant. We were told a ceremony like this would cost over $1200 and if we went anywhere else it was sure to be more!!!! When I asked why the cost was so high they wouldn't tell me! I was extremely disappointed in how we were communicated with and the snide and rude remarks made to us. I would not recommend this place to anyone if you want to be treated kindly when trying to plan your special day and if you don't wish to empty your wallet for things you could easily get for half the price! We have since found a venue where we are treated with great kindness, we were able to get everything we wanted for our wedding, the venue is amazingly beautiful and all for about $500 less than they were willing to do!!!
