Unbelievable. Isn't even worthy of 1 stay. We got married in July 2010 and Severson photography was the company we chose to book for our event pictures. It is now mid October and we still have not recieved anything. My husband and I have attempted to contact her by email, text and phone and she has yet to return with any response. The last time we heard from her was on the 30th of August in which she said she would have our pictures by the end of the week. We are still waiting. These are not pictures that we can ever recapture. I am very dissappointed because we trusted Melanie Severson to capture these once in a lifetime memories and now we have no idea if we will ever get our photos or not.

Severson photography has a great website and actually took wonderful pictures of the wedding that we were able to view off of the website. However, that is the last we have seen our pictures or heard from Melanie. We have been trying to contact her for the past 3 months via email and voice mail with no return calls. Actually, her voice mail is so full we can not leave any more messages. I wish we would have never used this service. We just lost the all pictures from the happiest day of our lives. This service will certainly take your money but can not deliver. We too are getting an attorney to try and get our pictures or our money back

"Terrible Service"

We Hired Severson Photography For are wedding. We have be unable to get a hold of Melanie Severson to go over the pictures. My wife and I have both been trying to call her for weeks and we have not been able to reach her. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I wish we would off never paid this company in full. Having to get a attorney now.
