"Worst Mistake Ever!"

This lady is awful with communicating!!! My wedding was 10/8/2011 and it is now January and I have YET to get my pics back. She hasn't responded to my several emails that I wrote asking how much longer on my photos and when I finally called her and left a voicemail, she responded back with a text message that said check back in a few weeks!!!! Very unprofessional. I wish I would have never gone with her. I wasn't even hard to work with and my payments were made on time....DO NOT use this woman if you are planning to have good service!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First, I am very surprise at this Feedback..... I have not received any negative communication of this nature from the bride herself. My communications with her consisted of her praising the great pictures we captured and raving about how beautiful her Custom Designed Album turned out.
This brides images were put online within 2 weeks following her wedding, as promised. At that time she was emailed instructions on how to order her Custom Album which takes 6-8 weeks to design and print. She was told at booking and ordering (it is also communicated in all paperwork and on our web-site) that wedding album orders received during November and December take approximately 2-3 weeks longer then usual due to the busy holiday season.
I did respond to her email (singular) and her voice message. She did not answer my phone call so I did text her also; which showed that I tried very avenue to communicate with this bride. She did receive her entire order in a timely manner and raved about the images and her custom album.
