A Little Pond Bed & Breakfast is a newly built farmhouse-style home 'out in the country' in Colfax Ca 1 hour east of Sacramento, 20 min. from Nevada City and Auburn, CA. We have 3.1 acres with a pond, wildlife, trails that are great for bikes. We have 3 comfy rooms w/ its' own 1-person whirlpool tub and/or shower. Central Air Cond./heating with the controls at all rooms. Full breakfast, coffee, tea. Common area satellite TV, meditative or reading areas on grounds w/pine & oak trees, birds.
