My wedding was February 16th, 2008. It is now May 28th, 2009. I still do not have my wedding video! I am devastated and feel like I have spent $1400 and will never have those memories given back to me. I have called a million times and like everyone else, they return your call when you are new and they need your money or you leave a message saying you are interested in having them do your wedding. I had my mom call from a different number saying she was interested in having them do her wedding video. They called her back within 10 minutes. When she spoke with James, the owner, he told her he would have it out definately no later than the following Friday. That has been 3 weeks ago and still not even a courtesy call. The only reason I used them was because the company I called first was not available. He said he used to work with this guy who has gone out on his own and he was very good. It so happens to be his cousin. I trusted the source. When his vision sent me examples of their videos I thought they looked nice. I wish I had spent more on someone else so I could relive those precious memories.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE , ITS BEEN 7 MONTHS SINCE I GOT MARRIED AND STILL HAVENT RECIEVED MY VIDEO OR ALBUM. THEY DO NOT CALL YOU BACK AND IVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL THEM FOR THE LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS AND THERE MAILBOX IS FULL. THEY WERE GOOD AT CALLING YOU BACK WHEN IT CAME DOWN TO PAYING THEM MONEY. THEY DO NOT GET YOUR PICS TO YOU IN TIME LIKE THEY SAY THEY WILL. WE SPENT OVER 2500 DOLLARS AND ONLY RECIEVED PICTURES IN 7 MONTHS. THATS ALL I HAVE TO SHOW FOR MY WEDDING.

Don't use this company. They returned my calls before the wedding and up till they got all of there money. After the wedding it took him a week to return my call and when he did he stated that I would have my viode by the first week in Feb. It is two weeks into Feb and still no video. I called to try and atleat get the status and they have not returned my call. Dont waste your time and money. Dont entrust your memories to this company. I understand that things happen in life however it takes little to no effort to return a call.
