Met with Mr. Watts and came to an agreement on the services I wanted and the price... First meeting I paid deposit. Scheduled a date to do part for our wedding dvd entitled"love story". We are supposed to meet at 1p.m Mr. Watts gets there an hour later and brings company. Wedding day goes as planned, no problems there. After wedding trying to get in touch with him is near IMPOSSIBLE. Then when I do reach him he gives me the run arounds and lets me know that the love story audio did not come out."he should have known this a while ago" but did not let me know. so I was informed we would get a photography session instead, being that the dvd would be missing this intimate story that we had spent all day working on. After numerous calls to Kevin we finally get a copy of the video in a plastic case as if we were buying a burned cd. The video had nothing special added, no great effects, something i could have put together myself. I tried getting in contact with contact to let him know how unsatisfied was with his work, so he could correct the situation before I would have to make complaints on the web and make business bad for him in the future, but he would not answer the phone for me or return my phone call after I left neumerous voicemail messages. If you meet this man in a Barnes & knoble near you RUN and spend your money with a videographer who stands behind his work, no the kind that ignore and screen phone calls and RIP hard working people off.
