My wedding pictures and wedding day were amazing thanks to Life's Moments. They were so helpful and my pictures and video came out great. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

I first contacted Cassie Jones of Life's Moment's photography in September of 2009 to discuss packages, prices, and more. I was given the information about the packages, and told that once the deposit for my wedding photography was received they would then send me information on their engagement packages. I sent in my deposit and then stopped hearing back from them via email or phone. After a month of waiting to have my calls and email inquiries returned I then sent a email again requesting the information. She then got back to me telling me that they were updating the prices and once they were done she would get back to me. I continued to try and contact her to set a meeting up, as we are out of state and had yet to meet her, and she continued to ignore us. After several repeated calls, which she claims she never received, she finally called me back telling me that I was too demanding and that I have to work with her time schedule, because she does things at this time or that time. She then told me that she didn't think things would work out with a "b**** of a bride that was such a demanding bridezilla". I simply told her that "if that is the way she feels then I want my money back" to which she answered "I would be happy to do that, I feel sorry for your husband" and then hung up on me, and refused to answer when I called back. Overall, it has been a horrible experience and if you don't want to be left high and dry for your photography I wouldn't go with her. I cannot comment on the videography, as we did not opt for that service but if she is in charge I wouldn't chance it.

We received the videos on Friday night - thank you so much! You did an excellent job with it and we were very pleased. If we know of anyone else looking for a photographer/videographer for their wedding, we will DEFINITELY recommend you guys. Thanks again for everything - it was perfect!!

We got the package that was with photography and video. I think they all come with video.? They were very nice and made the day easy for me in front of the camera...hahaha...I'm not a camera person. The photos were great and the video was awesome!!!!!!! THey captured the day that I wanted to remember. Thank you guys for the day!

Lifes moments do not return phone calls and do not follow through with customers requests. My fiance' was the first to contact them. She had breif interactions and was supposed to meet with them. It never happened and she hasnt heard from them since. Its been 2 months. She has left them numerous messages and e-mails with no responce. I also contacted them not telling them i had any connection with my fiance;. I still have gotten no responce. I beleive they are a shady buisness and can not be trusted.
