This is Brian Press, owner and Founder of Impressive Creations. Yeah, unfortunately, this couple has it all wrong. We gave them exactly what they wanted and for some weird reason they were just never pleased with what we gave them. We made tweak after tweak. I guess there are just some people in this world that will never be satisfied. The groom even came in my office threatening me and I had to ask him to leave. No fun!
