After missing part of my reception, she still has not sent me what she does have recorded of my wedding day. I have tried calling her several times and she does not answer/return phone calls. My wedding was in May of 2006! She's not BBB accredited. I wish I had known all this in retrospect! Do Not use her if you ever want to see your video.

Our daughter was Married June 8, 2008. After several empty promises, Jennifer refuses to return phone calls or deliver a video as of April 2009. Jennifer claimed she had a problem pregnancy, but she has been ruining peoples memories from August 2007 through at least April 2009 - that is some long pregnancy!

We never got our wedding video. Our wedding was in August 2007 at Keystone Colorado. Jennifer doesn't respond at all now. Huge disappointment. I don't think it matters at this point because her webpage is down...

We hired Jennifer Henderson for our videographer for our wedding in Crested Butte, Co June 21, 2008. The wedding was beautiful, luckily we hired an excellent photographer. We were told the the video would be ready 3 mo after the wedding. 8 months later, Jennifer cannot be reached via mail, phone or email. Avoid Sunshine images if you don't want to get scammed. We had lots of family who couldn't make the wedding & were counting on the video for the experience.

Sunshine Images provided videography services at our wedding on September 2nd, 2007. The day went perfect, and we were told that the product delivery would be a little delayed due to the busy schedule of Jennifer Henderson. 1.5 years later there is still no video, and Jennifer refuses to respond to any emails or voicemails. Be sure to steer clear of this service as they will be sure to completely disregard your emotional need for your video. Written by a well known wedding vendor in Denver!
