My husband and I obtained Timeless Memories to coordinate, and set up our wedding in Maui. The owners, Darlene and David Munn were originally very pleasant people and the day was wonderful. My only complaint which is really a huge one, was that we NEVER recieved our pictures. Even though part of the "package" was to get 18 pictures. There were quite a few events in our life that turned for the worse and we were unable to choose our pictures. I know you're probably thinking "what kind of people wouldn't have time to choose their pics?!" But I can explain to you our ordeal at a different time... It was understood that in the event we could not, or did not for whatever reason, choose our pictures, then THEY would choose the pictures they thought best and send them to our address. No, they did not follow up, except with a few phone calls. When contacted they asked for hundreds more dollars for the negatives or wanted to charge me $100 for the pics that were already included in the package. If you want peace of mind do NOT go with them- If I had the choice again and could redo it, I would not choose these people to be part of my special day, because then I might actually have something from my special day. Beuatiful memories lost in the abyss and only snapshots of family and friends have recorded this day for us. awful. awful. AWFUL!
