I had a terrible experience. The amount I was quoted was different than the amount which they charged me. I had already confirmed and they called me the day of my party to confirm yet again. After five missed calls I returned their call. The woman on the phone was rude and actually yelled at me. I was asking her to please calm down and truly was trying to explain that the price I was quoted and confirmed versus what she was saying was different. She would not listen to me and threatened to cancel the limo if I didn't agree to pay exactly what she said. Since it was the day of my party there was really nothing I could do about it. Terrible experience....that woman truly ruined my birthday. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...you will regret it.

OUTSTANDING SERVICES FIVE STAR ALL THE WAY I used the services of Crsytal Limousines less than 2 weeks ago for a night out with my friends and they were AMAZING. Their driver Sharok did everything in his power to make sure that we were taken care of. Their Limo was new and fully stocked. I have used alot of Limo services in my time and Crystal was by far one of the most outstanding. I promised myself that I would write a review on them. You usually only get to read negative reviews and people dont take the time to write positive reviews as much. Hopefully this email will isnpire more people to write positive reviews about other companies. I will refer Crystal Limousines to all friends and family

The night was perfect, thanks to our driver and to Crystal Transportation. The limo was spot on, the bar was fully stocked, the driver went out of his way to make sure we had a great time, the price was waaaaay less than everyone else!! It was just a great experience, Crystal Limousine and Tours, we will be back!!! The Fabulous Four

Use this company only if you want to be left short with no limo or paying 48% more than what you were originally quoted. This company does the old switch and bait, tells you one price, confirms it in a verbal quote, then hours before you event, another person will call to confirm and add a "fuel surcharge" increasing your total by a ridiculous amount of 48%. You have an event and are left with no choice but to cancel and hope to find another limo, pay them the increased cost, or find another limo at a higher price since it is all last minute. They will also try to pin you against the wall and charge a cancellation fee since it is not 24hrs in advance. They know what they are doing and it is their way of winning quotes, but in reality they are falsifying the information they are giving out!!

My name is Sandra Rodriguez. I used Crystal Limos for my wedding last week. I promised myself that I would take a few minutes to give them a great review so here i am. I rented 2 Limos from them, both of which were in excellent condition, fully stocked, decorated and looked amazing in our photos. . Our chauffeurs Tim & Amin went out of their way to make sure that both my husband and I and our wedding party had the best possible service. They made us feel like royalty. I wish I had also used them for our bachelorette party but that is another story for a later day. Crystal provided a high end service at great rates. Thank you Crystal Limos. I will definately be using your services again and will tell all friends and family how wonderful your service was. \

I used the service of Crystal Limousines for our family vacation lat month. We were picked up from Las Vegas to LA,, then spent a week in LA and was taken back to airport to head to our 2nd phase of vacation in Miami. In the 10 days that I was here, each time I was greeted by a superb chauffeur, who was not only polite, but gave us amazing service. I will certainly recommend Crystal Limousines to all of my friends and family. Thank you for a fantastic referral.

I was quoted a rate of $110 each way to the airport from my home. My trip to the airport was charged at $146 and my return was $165! Before I left, I called the phone number and confirmed my dates and asked if a gratuity was included. She informed me that the cost would be as quoted on my internet rate and I could give a tip as I felt. Well, that was not the case. And to make matters worse, the driver on my return trip forgot to bring his credit card machine, so he could ONLY take cash!!! I will never use this service again nor will I book them for my company.

We were overcharged by 1/3 of our bill (should have been 100 bucks, but we were charged 140) because the driver gave himself an "extra" tip, added on for services we did not receive (I asked for donuts and hot chocolate, but he "didn't have time to get it"), and double charged us for parking because "he thought we'd be late". Avoid at all cost!

I have used car and imousine services for the past 12 years and have very seldom had anything good to write about limo companies. I used Crystal last month for a last minute airport run after my regular car service failed to show up. Needless to say that althouth I was having a fit becasue I thought I would lose my flight, I was greeted by a courteous reservation agent who calmed me down and assured me I would have a vehicle at my house within 20 minutes. I was driven by a Sam who was just as courteous as the agent and had me at the terminal in time to catch my flight. I just used their Stretch Limo services again for our Holiday party and the service was again outstanding. Their customer service staff and both chauffeurs were amazing. I will be using them for all of our Company's needs from here on.
