I used Horseless Carriage for my wedding and John was our driver. He was right on time to pick up my bridesmaids and myself. He had upgraded us to a larger white limo with a red carpet service. The limo was clean and in great shape! He had the limo ready to take us from the church to the reception and then to the hotel. I would definitely recommend their service. The price is wonderful for the level of service that you are given!! Thank you John for being an awesome driver!

The only good thing on the night was the exceptional limo driver. First, we were promised a white stretch limo and ended up with a run-of-the-mill black limo. Second, the owners purposely double booked the limo and then let the driver do the dirty work and tell us when the bachelorette party was already INSIDE the limo. The driver had to leave for 2 of the planned 5 hours for another gig and then when I talked to the owner, his justification was "well that's why you got a good price". The nerve!! So instead of asking and us being able to make plans around that ahead of time, we were stranded on one strip in the middle of a city for two hours of our guaranteed 5 hours. Then when I tried to get information about my credit card, they gave me the run around for 2 weeks. So thanks Horseless Carriage Limousines, you're a real class act.

Excellent experience travelling roundtrip from Yorktown to D.C. this weekend. Our driver, Levin, was prompt, friendly, and very accomodating. Traffic was terrible on the way to D.C. Friday, but there was no extra charge for the additional travel time. Levin surprised us with a 14 passenger limo for the return trip. Very nice since we only had 8 people to accomodate. We were able to stretch out in style and comfort! Again, at no additional cost. Overall an outstanding trip because of the excellent service we received. Would recommend horseless carriage limousine service to everyone!!!

"First Colonial High Ring Dance Disaster"

The limo was late for initial pick-up. When it arrived it was really dirty and it was a warm sunny day. The driver dropped the kids off at dinner and returned an hour and forty five minutes late. Can you imagine high school kids at a restuarant for 3 hours? The tickets for Ring Dance cost $60 per person. The kids only got to experience the dance for 1 hour and 30 min. The limo service ruined the evening which cost our son $400. In this tight economy that is a lot of money to spend on what is suppose to be a special and fun evening. We are going to pick our son and his date up after the dance because we can't trust that the driver will return to take the kids home.
Vendor response: Horseless Carriage Limousine LLC was not the limousine company used in the above mentioned job. Although we booked this particular job due to unforeseen mechanical difficulties with our limousine, we had to hire out another local limousine company to perform this important job for the customers ring dance. Horseless carriage limousine is not responsible for the actions of another limousine company.
