"Beware!!"

I had paid for in full and planned to have a limo pick me and my husband up from the chapel on our wedding day and take us to the bed and breakfast we had booked. It was paid in full waaaay back in April and the wedding wasn't even until August! When I called and spoke to Ms. Harris. She told us that she had nothing booked and had no idea what I was talking about. I have credit card statements to prove payment and e-mails from Rebecca Harris herself! I have never been so embarrassed in my entire life!! There me and my new husband were just stuck in the parking lot of the wedding chapel with no transporation. My wedding day was absolutely ruined because of these people. Do not trust these people...they are scam artists!!

"THIS COMPANY IS JUST AWEFUL"

I had a wedding June 14th of 2008, I booked thier classic Rolls Royce from 3:00-7:00pm, The Rolls "supposedly" broke down.., after the wedding Rebecca Harris (thier number one contact person and over all ditz) said "well, dear we tried to call you and let you know but your phone was off." Well Of course it was It was my WEDDING DAY! They did send someone to pick us up, but all they did was pick us up and take us to our hotel 2 blocks down the road! then he said that he had another event and that was all he was supposed to do. In their Contract they state if in case of break down they have the right to substitute "a comporable vehicle" 1 rolls royce for 4 hours is not comprable to a tacky white limo for a 5 min drive 2 blocks. We were stranded at our hotel Without a car, and we rented the limo for 4 hours to take us by our house and then do a little driving through town. Instead of having a wonderful memorable drive on our wedding we were calling these people to give us our money back which they agreed to. We get back from our honeymoon one week later, 6/21 The 576.00 had not been refunded. so they got another call. They promised to refund it. as of today 6/28 the money has still not been refunded. We have called them again but will see how this turns out They claim they treat everyone like their only client. This is a huge lie unless maybe you are buying up all their limos for one day. They claim they are a cut above the rest, while they only have 1 woman (rebecca Harris) you can speak with and then supposedly another "booking" agent handles all the money.. This is a shady, decietful company and while they did not ruin my wedding day, because nothing could have, I want to let all the other brides and consumers in general know that this company stinks and stealing money from clients is not a good way to do business!
