I wanted to be sure to write a review for my experience with King Alex Limo because it was over the top in regards to my expectations. Truly, John was a real professional and our kids loved their driver Arthur of this 40 passenger Hummer Limo. Arthur was such a sweetheart and very careful to stay on schedule as we had numerous stops. I rarely take the time to write reviews for anyone but I felt these guys deserve rave review. Can't wait till we have another fun event to use King Alex again!

We rented the party bus for Hamilton High Homecoming for a group of sophomores. John was great to deal with and Tony the driver called me thru out the night to let me know that they had reached each of their destinations and also called when they were leaving one place and headed to the next. I thought this was a nice service for the concerned parent. Will deffinately use them again. And very reasonable price.

We were very pleased with the service. The drivers were professional, neat in appearance and friendly to the wedding party. The party bus was very clean and met our expectations. We would certainly recommend king Alex limo service for any wedding transportation needs or special occasions. Money well spent.

John and Crew, I want to thank you for the wonderful job you did arranging for transportation for our group last night. Not only were you on time, but Armand, the driver, was so conscientious that he let me know when everyone was picked up and dropped off on both ends of the transportation. I don't understand why I keep reading this same EXACT negative review that has been copy and pasted onto every website. It is completely false to whoever is reading them. I have been using King Alex Limousine service for three years and I have had nothing more than outstanding service from them. These claims are completely ridiculous and shouldn't be trusted. Customers beware! If you choose King Alex, you'll be getting nothing but excellent service. You've been warned.

We live in New York and our daughter was getting married in Cincinnati OH. We knew no one in the area and based upon these customer comments chose "King Alex Limousine servce" and held our breath. On the big day, the driver was early, he had a great attitude and the Hummer limo itself was an awesome car. The whole experience exceeded our expectations on our daughters biggest day. Thank you!"

This is a shady limousine company! First off you have a cash price then you have a price if you are paying with a credit card, that tells me one thing he would rather you pay in cash so he can avoid taxes. Then I went out to look at his H2 Hummer in person yes it is a beast, but he has it parked in church parking lot across the street from his house. He does not have an office where he conducts day to day operations. So now for the car situation when you first get into the limo you see a seat that is falling apart (not the first thing I want to see) then the smell you can tell there has been a lot of beer spilled in this thing. I asked to see the triple axle hummer that is shown on the site and I got some lame run around that it is out of service and not available for viewing. I called around to a few limo companies to get other quotes and boy did I hear some HORRIABLE stories. One company told me that they got a call from a bride the day before her wedding because King Alex had just called her and canceled her reservation with no explanation. The reason I am writing this review is this. 1. I called King Alex Limos to get a quote they had the best price in town for a limo holding 20 or more people, I asked if I place a deposit to hold my day and after I came out to look at the limo if I was not happy if I could get my money back. I was told this would not be a problem as long as this happened with in 14 days. I went out 2 days later and decided that I did not want to go with their H2 Hummer and this was the only car that they had to offer. 2. I was told that the money would be processed back to my card well 2 weeks later I never saw the money go back onto my account. So I began to call with no answer. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the company never returned the letters sent by the BBB. 3. I contacted my credit card company to file a dispute to get my money back. They gave me my money back and went after the company for their money. The company responded to this saying that all deposits where non refundable after a limo was reserved. 4. They provided a contract that was filled out stating these facts in the contract, but the thing is I never seen this contract nor did I sign the contract. I lost the battle and the company got to keep my money. I just feel that this is a shady way to do someone. If you do anything with this review at least call a couple other limo companies and ask them about King Alex Limousine Service before giving them any of your money. Because once you do you either use their service or you lose your money.
