~ 25th Birthday Bash~ Best Birthday ever! I was going to say that we were as wild as our party bus but after Saturday night, I think we know who rules the party scene, TheRetro Rider. We danced and partied the whole night. Special thnax from Kelli, Sara and the birthday gurl herself!! to our driver John. He was the nicest driver ever! We already booked our next bus for StPaddy's Day...yea!!

I have planned and used party buses many times and I have never experienced anything like The Retro Rider before! The bus was amazing, we had the time of our lives last night celebrating a 40th birthday! Our driver Terry was the best! He took real good care of us and was a very attentive to our requests! This is a great, safe and fun way to go out! I highly recommend The retro Rider!

Sarah has painted a very ugly version of what DID happen! Yes, we made a horrible mistake. The driver went to the wrong pick-up address. The bride changed the pick-up location weeks before her big day! I accommodated her and honored the change. Keep in mind I didn’t increase the sale of her trip and all party trips are based on the information provided at the time of reserving the party bus. She also told me that I had said I would comp her an hour because my driver would be just sitting outside of the church while she was married. Our drivers are usually cleaning up from guests and working while a wedding is underway. Some brides have no clue how to be classy not even in a wedding gown! Anyways, I do not comp hours to anyone! I took her word and gave her the hour that she is livid over. Yes, our driver showed up at the church 15 minutes before she was to walk down the aisle but she was NOT an hour late as she has told in this review. She was supposed to get dressed at the church and take a few photos before the ceremony. According to Sarah this ruined her wedding! What I don't understand is when my driver arrived he said that there were cars sitting in the drive. If she knew that there had been a mix up, and she did, why didn't she have someone just take her to the church? After the ceremony Sarah the bride came on-board with her groom and bridal party. They danced, laughed and enjoyed the complimentary bottle of Champagne that we provided to her while traveling around Cleveland for photographs. Let me see if I get this right, we don't get any credit for being flexible with her changes. She demanded the free hour from us, claiming I said I would give her an hour for free, which we honored. We don't get credit for her party bus being decorated with beautiful balloon bouquets that matched her wedding colours. We get no praise for an accommodating driver, who really saved the day by catching his mistake while en-route to the wrong address! So, this bride can grab her keyboard and defame our company on every review site there is, by giving perspective customers a very ugly idea of who we are and how we handled her complaint! Well...I don't think so, she was rude, demanding and all I can say is that I wish the groom a lot of luck because, he’s going to need it, all the days of his married life! So, I am rating the bride with a big thumbs down for being difficult, demanding, dishonest about the events and how they transpired. DO NOT BOOK! We booked the Retro Rider bus for our wedding and left feeling cheated. THE BUS GOT ME TO THE CHURCH ONE HOUR LATE! The bus went to the wrong location first, even though I had called the week before and confirmed everything. I missed all the pre-photos for my wedding, as the photographer and my entire family were at the church. This of course cheated us out of more photos after the ceremony beacause we had an evening wedding. I was offered a full refund the day of the wedding, but on my return from my honeymoon saw no credit to my account. Upon calling I was told that they didn't feel that a full refund was fair to them beacuse the rest of the evening worked out. There big argument was that being an hour late didn't really ruin anything and that they still performed a service. They offered no more than half my money back even though they admitted the mistake was entirely their fault and should never have happened. What they took from my husband and I was priceless, those are moments we will never get back. I still can't believe what occured and how poorly it was handled.

We rented the Retro Rider for our daughters bachlorette/wedding. We received so many compliments from the guests on how fun and unique the party bus was to get to the wedding. The week before we took Nicole out for her bachlorette party. The bus had been decorated in pink and black, what a surprise, really fun people. Our driver was the best guy, very attentive and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend this partybus company. They are really fun to work with! S.Turner
