My complaint is for non-working equipment/poor customer service. My request before even providing First Class Limo service payment was to ensure/ guarntee the Audio/DVD equipment work. The chauffeur arrived and I greeted him with a music CD and DVD to play as my guest began to arrive. The DVD player and all TV's did not work. This was extremely disappointing and it really did ruin my party plans because the DVD I intended to play was a special family videos and memorable times. 30 minutes, the driver attempted to fix the problem. After several attempts, the driver apologized and made a phone call and we had to continue the rest of the night without video. I was extremely cooperative with the disadvantage and was assured this issue would be resolved next day with management. The rest of the night included a chauffeur who ran up on the curb on West 6th, refused to give me and my guest any privacy...he kept the divider open the whole time. I personally had to exit the vehicle to assist the driver to get of the curb. Last, beverages were spilled on guest due to a sudden stop made to avoid hitting another car. This driver clearly was not familiar with the location and it made great delay time getting to and from requested places.Poor service was provided, the manager was extremely rude and he showed lack of concern due to these issues. I spent my night directing the driver and trying to disallow my guest to know about all the issues. Managements resolution to these problems was this statement and I quote.." In our contract we do not guarntee the Audio/video to work and I have too many events I book to make sure Audio and Video work properly." This gentleman was extremly rude and he never apologized, let alone acknowlege that the advertised service was not provided. I did not recieve the service I paid for....I feel really bad and upset I gave this Limo service the opportunity to be apart of my special event. Please help me....too much money was spent and the manager was beyond rude.
