This compnay does not care. The driver was surley and complained how she is not on the clock until the pick up time but she had to leave two hours early to get there. (not my problem). The bus smells, the rear television did not work at all. I was told you couldn't watch a DVD and play music at the smae time because it was broken, and the smoke machine did not work at all. This company then charged me a fee $250.00 to clean the bus after. Oh buy the way the driver was given a $200.00 tip prior to us leaving. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I will be filing a complaint to my town and also Brentwood, NY PD, and the DOT. This company should not be operating! DON"T USE THEM!!!!

"A DISASTER, NOT A PARTY"

We hired 3 buses from Party Ride for our daughter's wedding (cost:$5300). It was supposed to make the trip a party, and fun with multi-media, iPOD capability, flat screen for movies, CD/DVD player etc. Well, most of the stuff didn't work, one of the drivers went to the wrong pick-up spot, and on a really hot day...yup, you got it the AC was non-functional on 2 of the 3 buses. The 3rd one worked, but sprayed guests with water for the entire round trip. You'd think they'd apologize profusely when contacted but no such thing. Didn't offer a partial/full refund either. My credit card company said that since we went to the wedding on the buses, we accepted the conditions and had to pay in full. So now I spend my time spreading the word to at least inform others to, for God's sake, if you're looking for a party and not a disaster, stay away from the Party Ride.
