The author of the post referring to TRU Limousine as being rude is a person who was a passenger in a vehicle contracted by another party. She had no contract with TRU Limousine and only called claiming she left a few wine coolers in one of the cars. She was advised that when these cars return, they are cleaned and items such as cheap wine cooler are discarded. She contacted us two weeks after this event and claimed that we took these items. First of all, as per our contract, we are not responsible for items left in a vehicle and secondly, anyone looking for a couple of wine coolers has a real problem. I suggest Ms. Megan get some counselling. She was the rude person who began screaming and using profanities accusing this company of stealing her couple of bottles of wine coolers. This is pathetic!

My best friend hired this company for her wedding in August. She had an Escalade limo pick up the bridal party at her parents house and take us the wedding venue. She also hired them for a party bus to take the bridal party and other special guests around after the reception was over. We were told to provide all alcohol we wanted on the party bus, so I packed a black canvas bag of mine with a few mixers, a bottle of wine, and some other things. The father of the bride took everyone's bags and gave them to the limo driver, so that they could be transferred onto the party bus. Come party time, my stuff is nowhere to be found on the bus. I talked to the bus driver who said he never saw the bag I described, or any of the alcohol in it. I also talked to the father of the bride again, who verified with me that he gave the limo driver the bag, could describe for me what it looked like and what was in it. When I called the limo company to ask if they had seen the bag or had it still, the guy who answered the phone was immediately rude and inconsiderate. As I explained my situation and REPEATEDLY told him that I didn't wish to argue, I just wanted to find my stuff, he was unprofessional, gruff, yelling, and inconsiderate to the fact that I was getting truly upset with the conversation. He told me he had personally transferred everything from the limo to the bus and never saw my bag or the stuff that was in it. He repeatedly yelled this several times to me, saying that he has no responsibility for the lost items, and accusing the father of the bride of lying to me. Apparently this company had been "nice as hell" up until they got their money. But I suggest to anyone who has any value in what they put on any of this companies vehicles that they not trust these people AT ALL, you may end up regretting it.
