"Worst Company EVER"

Complete and total scam. This place is the absolute worst company of any kind that I have ever dealt with. I came to Chicago from Texas on August 15th to see the Jimmy Buffett show. I was taking my 5 year old along with my wife and sister and her husband. Since I was unfamiliar with the area and I was staying about an hour away, I arranged for this company to pick us up at our hotel and take us to and from the show. I reserved this 3 months in advance. About 90 minutes prior to our scheduled pickup time, I received an automated call from anytime stating that my return trip was canceled due to a breakdown. That was it. I called the company and was told by a very rude woman that it was just an answering service and that I needed to call on Monday as there was nobody there on the weekends. Luckily the Westin hotel concierge was able to arrange a cab for us there and back. When we called anytime on Monday, they put us on hold about 10 times, then some guy got on the phone and told us he would call us back. Of course he never did. So today we are filling out paperwork from Visa to have the $370 charge (which was put through in June) removed from our credit card.

Do yourself a favor and do not use Any Time Limo. They are totally unprofessional and terribly rude. They charged my credit card after increasing the agreed upon price by adding hidden charges without my approval. They even added a surcharge to the gratuity. They will not refund my money even though they have not provided any services. Don't take my word for it. The Better Business Bureau rates them "F", the lowest rating they have. Check it out at the Better Business Bureau website. Save yourself the hassle and find a reputable company to deal with.

My friend booked this company for my bachelorette party. We were having a simple early event. I didn't want to go out drinking and bar hopping. Since I am getting married in Hawaii, we decided to attend a dinner show at a Hawaii restaurant in Des Plaines. The restaurant was a long drive for everyone and we wanted to all ride together, so we got a limo. We were told if we wanted to bring beverages, they would provide ice and cups. Neither were in the limo. We had a big SUV limo that was hard to get in and out of, especially for all women who are wearing heels and sandals, and happen to be on the shorter side. The limo driver never once helped us in or out of the limo. Sometimes, he wasn't even by the door of the limo when we'd get in or out. Our night ended at 11:30 p.m (a very early night for a bachelorette party). My sister, who recently had a c-section and has a newborn baby at home, lost her footing while getting out of the limo and fell backwards hitting her head on the pavement. The limo driver came over for a minute to see if she was ok, then went back to do paperwork as if nothing happened. I tried calling the limo company a couple days later to tell them what happened, and to ask for the insurance info so she can file an incident only claim (she did not seek medical attention and believes she is ok). I am a claims adjuster, so I know how important it is to file a claim right away, even if you think you are ok and won't need any medical treatment. The guy I spoke to (who would not give his name) did not believe this incident happened and basically said I was a liar and we all made it up. His driver didn't report any accidents happening, so as far as he's concerned, it never happened. He refused to provide me with their insurance info and said they aren't liable for drunk women falling out of their limos. No one in our group was drunk, especially my sister who had to drive home to her newborn baby. He finally told me that I could email him more information and he may look at it, but he believes we're lying...and that we probably didn't even use their limo service. Then he hung up on me. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. They are unprofessional and rude. They don't care at all about their passengers. Please do not use this company for your limo needs.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. . . . . . I think the emails from Alex (an employee/owner?) below say enough. . . . I'm not sure how people like this stay in business. _______________________________________ Please buy a $3.00 calculator and learn how to add and multiply! At the end I would like to add that we do not want "customers" who are ignorant and petty!
