This company is a First class act. You can tell there Hearts & Souls are into there business. The vehicle are always spotless, and very comfortable. There Chauffeurs are very accomedating. They ask you if your comfortable, have enough room, is the a/c to cold and even offer cold bottled waters. I will never reserve a vehicle from another company. One time I traveled to Florida and there Sedans were booked so they sent a Stretch Limousine for the same rate , it had soft drinks in it and even a movie for the long ride. Thank you Mike & Marlo for a wonderful experience. Look forward to seeing you both again soon.

Perfect from start to finish! We hired Marlo and Mike to take us to the airport at 4:30am to catch a flight for the holiday. They arrived early, helped load our luggage and even after very little sleep, enaged in converation with us the whole way to the airport. On our return flight home, our plane was delayed for mechanical problems. We were put on another flight, which still didn't depart on time. I stayed in constant contact with Marlo, and she relayed the message to Mike. Mike picked us up alittle after midnight and had us home by 2am...WHAT A GUY! I highly HIGHLY recommend Elegant Limousine...they are FIRST CLASS all the way. Thanks Marlo and Mike for everything!!!!!!!!!! Happy New Year!

From the very start of making my reservation with Elegant Limousines, I found the whole service from start to finish quite exceptional. I dealt with Marlo over the phone up until the very special day and found her to be very friendly and sincere. I had a variety of events planned during the evening for a surprise engagement to my fiancé but had to make changes at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances! I called Marlo and she was more than happy to accommodate my last minute changes. My fiancé and I were picked up and taken down town and the whole evening was a great success! If I’m ever in town again I would most definitely look up Elegant Limousines. I thank Marlo and her husband for a night to remember and wish them all the best for the future! Hope to see you again!
