"Worst Service Ever! "

Got a limo bus for my bachelor party. They showed up 45 minutes late. We ordered a 22 passenger limo bus, but only had 11 guys plus our coolers and sat shoulder to shoulder. There was no CD player and the radio was broken. When we were entering the limo we notice a battery on the front seat but didn't think much of it until the bus broke down a half hour into the trip. My groomsmen had to push the bus through an intersection to get it off of the road. At this point, we had a couple township cops on the scene and sat on the side of the road close to an hour. Luckily one of my friends on the bus is a mechanic, so he swapped the battery with the replacement. We got on the road again but only for a couple miles until the driver asked if she should pull over because the headlights were out. Because the van broke down again on I-76, we were stranded on the side of the road this time for about 3 hours with 4 state troopers. There was an entire lane of 76 closed because of this. We had paid cash and the driver refused to give us our money back for fear of losing her job. We had the owner on the phone and he also refused to do anything, but came to pick up the driver. He offered us a free limo bus for the following weekend, but would not refund us. Finally a tiny van came to get us, so we had to cram ourselves and coolers in. There were not enough seats for everyone so were sitting on our coolers and were taken back to the house where we started. So after more then 4 hours, we did not make it to even one destination. I understand vehicles break down but they obviously knew this limo bus had a problem and I'm assuming that is why they were late in the first place. This company ruined what was supposed to be a fun night for me and my friends. If we do not get refunded, we will be seeing the owner in court.
