They told us on the phone on Monday that yes, they would be able to service our location. -We are quite a drive from San Antonio, so we gave them our address on Monday to make sure. Come Sunday at 6pm, they were supposed to be there at 4pm and still no show! We made numerous attempts to contact them on two phone numbers and email with no response. My kids birthday party had 100 people there and no Moon Bounces although they agreed to bring out 2. Come Monday morning they answer the phones and unapologetically tell me that on SATURDAY night, they entered our address in their GPS or whatever device and that we are too far away to be serviced. REALLY?! That's why we called MONDAY. They said we weren't answering one of the phones they called - which is true because the landline was down, and they supposedly wrote the cell phone number down. (Does 3 sound like 6?) We were lied to and cheated by Tater Bounce.
