Just to stop by, and say how wonderful it is to get a great group like the Arlington, Texas location to work with me on my rental. It might sound a little corny, but Rental Stop is my one stop shop for my party rental needs.

I just wanted to say thank you for such a great experience and service. I called around 12 pm to inquire about a same day delivery of 2 large misting fans for my boss. Sandi Tarby was very knowledgeable and super friendly when I first called to get prices, etc. She even called me back to let me know she was leaving for lunch and that I should contact Amanda if I decided to place the order. I ordered the fans around 2 pm and they were delivered by the 6 pm start of the party and set up within 10 minutes. The delivery guy even brought a rose for the lady that was the recipient of the fans. I will gladly recommend you to anyone! Thanks again for such a smooth transaction and superior service!!! Very Satisfied Customer!!

Excellent customer service. Rented a sound system from these guys and they were really helpful. Helped me decide on what i needed and they were right on the money. Excellent customer service as well. Talk to Amanda..she's take care of you..peirod. Thankyou Amanda and thankyou Rental Stops.

ON MY DAUGHTERS SPECIAL BIRTHDAY PARTY , RENTAL STOP DID NOT COME THROUGH AS PROMISED. I MADE MY RESERVATION 1 WEEK AHEAD AND ON MY DAY TO PICK UP MY PARTY STUFF THEY DID NOT HAVE MY ORDER READY. THEY GAVE ME A BOUNCY HOUSE THAT LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN DRAGGED THROUGH MUDDY WATER! THE TABLES WERE SO HORRIBLE I CALLED THE MANAGER AT THE GRAND PRAIRIE LOCATION AND HE SAID SORRY THATS ALL THEY HAD. FOR THE PRICE I PAID FOR MY PARTY STUFF THEY SHOULD HAVE TOP OF THE LINE STUFF! NEVER AGAIN WILL I RENT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. PLEASE PEOPLE HAVE THEM SHOW YOU WHAT YOU ARE RENTING BEFORE YOU PAY FOR IT! IM SURE YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE EMBARASSED AS I WAS.

I had a great time working with Rental Stop. They helped me think of things that I needed for my wedding day that I would have completely forgotten. They helped ease my planning stress in one quick meeting and they were so nice. Everything was easy too.. they dropped off everything on time and it turned out beautiful! I had a great experience renting from the Rental Stop. They were very professional with helping me plan my event, had many ideas that I didn't think of and got everything set up perfectly. My event was a success because of them and their expertise! Thank you Rental Stop!
