"Horrible Experience"

Over the weekend, my sister rented one of these units from this company. Neil, who is the person who sets up the jumpers, was very rude, unprofessional, and left without setting up the jumper, stating that I was rude. I think that a person who is conducting a business such as this, should have a little more class in what he does. He tried to ruin a 5-year old boy's birthday party, simply because he couldn't get over his own personal issues he was having that morning. Furthermore, he was uncooperative when my sister and I were trying to correct a confusing situation by using a different method of payment. My sister was told she could pay by check, but when Neil and his team came out to set up, I was told it was cash payment. I went a step further and asked was this the only method of payment acceptable, he stated, "We also accept credit cards as well." When presented with the credit card to alleviate the confusion, he replied, "this will have to be done the day before, I cannot accept this." This is not what was stated not more than 5 minutes prior. I feel that this company does not stand by its' mission statement, "We treat our customers the way we would like to be treated." If this is the way you treat your customers, some of your employees need to take a lesson in customer service etiquette. Instead of Neil trying to make right the wrong he did, he decided to refund my sister only half of what she paid. He wanted to tax her for a delivery fee plus the deposit, which there wasn't anything delivered at all. After further discussing this and letting Neil know that other steps would be taken, did he decide to refund her 3/4ths of her monies she deposited. For the aggravation and humiliation my sister and I endured, she should've received all of her monies back, not just part. She informed me that she tried calling NEO Jumpers on August 10th, but did not receive a response. I will advise against using NEO Jumpers to anyone who wants to use this type of service for their children. I feel that Neil made a confused and stressful situation worse than what it needed to be.
