We rent 3 inflatables a year for our daycare and we received a coupon from USA Inflatables. We had been using another company but thought we would give USA Inflatables a try. There website is very user friendly, customer service is very knowledgeable and the delivery personell very very friendly. first we rented a combo unit, then in the summer we had a water slide and a few weeks ago we had an obstacle course. Every one of the products were very clean, delivered on time, and in great shape, for one of the events it looked like rain so we had to change dates and they had no problems working with us, Compared to the products and customer serviceof the company we were using previously USA Inflatables was great to work with. We will use USA Inflatables services again - Kurt was great to work with and had good suggestions for our different events -the kids liked the variety. I liked the quality and service.

I am happy with the party turning out so well, but do not think i would rent from them again. They delivered the Princess 3 in 1 combo and hour and a half early. Then, they were supposed to pick it up the next morning and did not come get it until 8pm that night. Also, while price quoting over the phone while reserving it, they never told me about a $10 charge, and almost $30 in taxes. So upon payment, it ended up being almost $279! When i was only expecting it to be $245. I was not very happy with their lack of information over the phone. They also did not mention, until delivery, that the thing uses up a lot of energy and we should have rented a generator from them too, instead of plugging it in to the house. So we had to plug it into the house, it kept blowing the fuses and it racked up our electric bill dramatically. They are not informative at all and i was not happy.
