"Ridiculous Late Fees!!!!"

I am a wedding coordinator in the Rockford area and one of my brides rented chair covers from them. First of all, the linens DO NOT fit back in the tiny boxes that they are shipped in so you must find much larger boxes on your own to ship them back!!! Most importantly, read your contract carefully! If you do not have the linens shipped back on MONDAY following a Saturday wedding, they will charge you excessive late fees for EVERY DAY until they arrive back to them. My bride was amazed to get a $662.00 late fee because the linen was 8 days late. I am sympathetic to them running a business but $662 is out of line! Use a linen company that provides duffle bags for repacking!! Trust me, you'll be happy you did!
