"Hated them"

When I first started working with Wedding Central, they were the nicest people you would ever want to meet. That is until my balance was paid in full then their whole attitude changed. I was treated like the scum of the earth. I was really upset about how my wedding party was treated. One of my bridesmaids left there crying because she and the girl that works there had words. If you're paying your money, you should not be treated like you don't matter. My flowers were the worst. I asked for a live calla lillie bouquet, full bouquet, in which I paid for and i got 4 calla lillies with 3 fake roses sticking out from the side. i called her and told her that i didn't like the flowers, she began to yell at me. Plus the flowers didn't arrive until 4:45 and the wedding was to start at 4. one of the usher's tuxedo's did not fit, so they told him that they would have it the next day. The tux never arrirved and they refused to give him his money back. Also, the initial invoice included clean up and set up but they charged us an extra $657 for clean up, but we were already charged for that. Needless to say, we got into a very heated argument. I would never, ever, ever refer any one to them.
