Hello! I was the one on channel 4 about mine. Since then I have had someone contact me telling me I will receive me stuff....WE WILL SEE. I am praying that I do. I am Very upset but this guy seems to be more reliable and willing to help me. EMAIL me and I will try to help as much as I can. LLD12hotmail

Hey anyone out there now how to get in touch with this guy. I was married in Dec. 2005, we did get our crappy photo albums but I have not recieved my videos. I was in touch with him several times and he said I should be getting them. Now the number is disconnected. I want my money back. I want to know what you guys are doing. Please post any info you have to give me some suggestions or if you know how to get in touch with this guy. Thanks!!

We used TSI for our November 2007 wedding. I could kick myself for not doing some research on the company before hand, because I could have saved a lot of money and aggrevation. John Coma will not return our calls or emails and my husband drove out to his business only to find it empty. This guy belongs behind bars for collecting money in full and not providing what he signed in the contract. The best part is that his contract says that if for any reason you don't get what you paid for, all money will be returned in full. I too will be contacting channel 4. I have already hired an attorney, but I will contact a million more people if I have to. This guy needs shut down.

I just got off the phone with Channel 4 and the lady would like me to get as many names and phone numbers to send to her. If you feel comfortable send me that info feel free if not go to thepittsburghchannel and go to call for action and email them in regards to TSI photo and let them know your problem. THe lady I have been in contact with is Ilean.

My wedding was a year ago and I NEVER received my wedding video or my copies of the pics i wanted and my ALBUM WAS TERRIBLE!! DO NOT USE!!! I have been trying to contact him regaurding this for MONTHS now and NO reply and now phone # is disconected! :-( PLEASE.....I HAVE CONTACTED THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND I WOULD LOVE IF YOU ALL COULD DO THIS TOO! They took my case and I have also tried channel 4 action news but I need a big group of people for them to take this story!!! PLEASE CONTACT THEM!

I too have not received our wedding album from our wedding in December of 2006! We have filed with the better business bureau and we have also recently gotten an attorney, but this man is the worst human being I have ever met and I doubt he cares and I doubt I will ever see my money back or our wedding album!

We booked and paid a deposit for a wedding in May 2008. We then saw these reviews and have emailed and telephoned many times - no reply. Use this guy and you are throwing your money away.

Do not use TSI Photography! We signed a contract and sent him the deposit of $750. As soon as he received the check, we never heard from him again. I have sent numerous email and have left his countless messages. He has not checked the email or responded to the voicemail. My wedding is a few weeks away and I had to go and get another photographer so that I could be sure to capture our special day. I don't want to see this happen to anyone else. Don't use him!!

We signed a contract with John Coma to take our photographs for our wedding. We paid the full amount and have yet to recieve any of our ablums. He will not return phone calls or emails since the wedding. prior to he could meet with us but then took none of the photographs we asked for. your wedding is a special day with once in a lifetime photos. even though getting all the pictures was tempting ( its why we went with him) it is not worth the hassle. we are in the process of obtaining a lawyer to get our money back or at least our ablums. please do a google on TSI and you will see many others that are in our situation.
