Now operating under "Forever Expressions" in Kentucky and Indiana. New phone #, Email and no posted address. Received an "F" from the BBB. Has been over a year and we still don't have our pictures.

We used Karen for our wedding back in early October. We did not have a good experience with Karen. First, we upgrading our package to include 8 hrs of coverage. She showed up at 3:30 and around 9:45 she asked if she could go home early! i was very surprised that she even asked to go home early (wedding lasted till 11:30pm). So i reluctantly let her go. Approx 2-3 weeks after the wedding she sent us an email saying that the photos would be online for viewing in the next day or so. that turned into approx 6 weeks. All along, we were not interested in the online viewings and requested our high res photos on dvd per the contract. We repeatedly called and emailed without answer. the 3-4 times i did get a hold of her, she would promise that the dvd would go out next day. which she never did. it took until mid december to get these, but when i got the dvd, she had not sent the high res files. there were only 400-500kb in size, which is not good enough for large size printing (i should now, i do photography as well). Not only that, the files had not been corrected for exposure, color, or even cropped!!! when i called to get the images that were promised to me, she handed the phone to her husband who proceeded to yell at me and get abusive. he actually had the nerve to say "i shouldnt have to explain this to you if you know anything about photography". unbelievable. of course they were supposed to go right out, but it took another 2 weeks to finally get the images. she sent me the raw image files, which meant i had to do all the processing myself, luckily i know how to do this. DO NOT USE KAREN MCCLIVE for photography. this is a service oriented business and she was one of the most unproffessional people i have ever dealt with. If you read her responses to the other numerous complaints on here, you will see she is full of you know what. She will point to the contract and say that she has X number of weeks to provide the photos, blah blah blah....which is fine...but when you continually lie and say the dvd is going out the next day and not do it, then i have no respect for you. You can see from the limited responses on this website that everyone had the same exact problems with Karen. I will be requesting a partial refund due to all of this and will be sending a complaint to the better business bureau.
