Our wedding was May 22nd 2010. We gave them the money up front which was 1400+ dollars. They posted our pictures online for viewing. We tried to pick the pictures out and the website was removed!!!!! I am so pissed! I cannot find these people any where. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Do your homework! No returned phone calls or emails. When I email them I get an automatic response. I have received no proofs or photos! Dont let them ruin your wedding! FRAUDS!

I foolishly hired them for my August 2009 wedding - like the rest of you everything was great until after the wedding. I had to weasel my way into getting my proofs (at least I got those!) but I still have yet to get my prints or storybook. It sounds to me like they've pulled this scam on a lot of brides and have gotten a lot of money out of it - DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW WE CAN BAND TOGETHER TO TAKE THEM TO COURT, BECAUSE I'M IN!

Same story as most... started out great! Awesome service, great prices. Even the day of the event, everything went well. Since then, it has been nothing but problems. I have sent countless emails to find out when we would recieve our pictures... I occasionally would get an email back saying it was in the mail but never recieved anything!! Then I found out that they went out of business!!! Disconnected phone numbers, no response to email, and no warning to their customers that they were even going out of business. Horribly dissappointing.... I have no idea what to do next....
