"Over a year since our wedding and we still don't have an album"

My husband and I got married in August of 2008. It has been over a year since our wedding and we still don't have our wedding album. Josh and Jackie have told us on several different occasions that our album had been ordered and that we could expect it in about 8 weeks time. The first time they said this was in November of 2008. It is now late September of 2009 and we still don't have our album. I recently wrote a series of e-mails to Josh and Jackie asking about album and we were once again told that it has been ordered. However, I asked for proof that our album had been ordered and I was told that "my request is not justified". Despite trying to maintain a professional relationship with them Josh sent me an extremely rude e-mail saying that there is no time frame stated in our contract of when we might expect our album. It has been almost 14 months since our wedding and this getting ridiculous. Jackie is a talented photographer but if you choose to go with them you should know that you will never get the product that you pay for. Pretty pictures don't matter if you don't get your album. It is very sad that things have turned out this way because when they were doing our wedding I felt that they were very nice. However, after they get your money they will treat you very poorly, you won't get your album, and you won't be happy that you chose them as your photographer. I feel extremely disappointed that I have to write this review and possibly contact the better business bureau. I truly enjoyed their presence on our wedding day and was doing everything that I could to not have things turn out this way but I must inform others about this so that they do not get put in this same situation. I actually recommened a friend's wedding to them before all of this happened. She is equally disappointed and will be posting a review about them as well. I hope that Josh and Jackie can learn from this and hopefully improve their methods of business.

"Wedding Album Headache"

My wife and I were married on Sept. 6 2008. We purchased a wedding package from Jaclyn Johnson Photography. At this time August 25th, we still have not received our wedding album. We were told on Feb. 6 2009 that it would take 6 - 8 weeks. July 9th (13 weeks later) we had not received our album nor had we been contacted by Jaclyn Johnson Photography as to why it was taking this long. Of course, I had to call them multiple time on July 9th when finally I spoke with Mrs. Johnson and she could not give me any other reason as to why the album was taking so long to get here other then they were having to pay more money on top of what we agreed upon and that she had 64 other clients in the same position as me. At this point she told me it would be 4 weeks and I should get our album. August 25th, over 6 weeks later, still no album. I tried to call them and of course, only the voice mail saying, we are out of town until 31st of August. I guess our one year anniversary gift will be our wedding album. Keep your options open if you are considering Jaclyn Johnson Photography
