Todd & Peggy make a great team! We first heard about them through some other friends who were getting married after us. When we first met with them after meeting with probably 4 other photographers, we really enjoyed how easy going they were and just easy to get along with. We were also impressed that they drove up to our town which is maybe an hour away to meet with us. We were also impressed with the day of the wedding in how they took such amazing pictures and with 2 of them, they were able to get the best angle for every shot. They were there at the reception and didn't miss a thing. They even informed us that we were supossed to cut the piece of cake together. They paid attention to every detail we didn't think about. Our friends who were at the wedding said that they were everywhere, and after getting the pictures back, we were more than impressed! We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great photographer and great people to work with!

We interviewed multiple wedding photographers in the central Iowa area and Todd & Peggy were the best. They have excellent portfolios, will show you samples of their products, and are very flexible w/their packages. They will also work around your busy schedule and do whatever it takes to accomodate you. They also have a fast turn-around and you'll see your proofs online. They'll shoot whatever style you want and have a great eye for what will look fabulous! I highly recommend them because we had a great experience!

My wife and I live in Austin, TX but were married in Ames, so we faced with the unique challenge of shopping for and interacting with a wedding photographer over long distance. Both our parents, who live in Ames, visited Todd and Peggy on our behalf and were instantly won over by their professionalism, creativity, product quality, and friendly, down-to-earth demeanor. My fiance (at the time) and I were convinced, and we met Todd and Peggy for the first time a month or two later when we had our engagement session. We found our parents' comments to be true: Todd and Peggy were very friendly, intelligent, and gifted, and they worked efficiently. Todd took the photographs while Peggy scouted locations, poses, angles, lighting, etc. Were extremely pleased with our engagement photos! When we returned to Ames for our wedding, Todd and Peggy brought an extra person to shoot candids, which turned out to be some of our favorite photos from the whole wedding! Todd and Peggy kept us moving and on schedule throughout the day; really, I think we would have been lost without their guidance and expertise! And they not only took all the formal shots, but they also brainstormed to create a lot of fun, unique shots that really added to the beauty and enjoyment of our day--from the pre-event photos all the way through the reception. Afterwards, they were very patient and helpful with us as we attempted to identify our favorite photos and review our albums online. Living so far away, we corresponded with Todd and Peggy entirely by email, and we gave their website (very well designed and easy to use, btw) a good workout. When all was said and done, we received our printed albums very quickly and we are extremely pleased with the final product (our wedding album, two parents albums, a paperback with thumbnails of all the photos and their filenames for reference, and two DVDs with all the photos and all the reproduction rights transferred to us). Todd and Peggy were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process, and their professionalism and creativity have provided us with troves and troves of great memories from our wedding day. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
